3/7/2023 0 Comments Veeva crm ui browserLong and taking quite a lot of space on the screen menu on the left is now replaced with a new bottom menu (following the style of many other iPad applications and the UI best practices). Like I said I don't have any evidence this is definitely coming but I really hope it does. The ability to sync in the background will significantly improve the user experience and enable users to plan calls, view analytics or media and do other things in the application while the new content and data are syncing in the background. Not only it takes a long time to update the content and CRM data but it also blocks an entire application interface and the user cannot do anything until the syncing is finished. Syncing is currently one of the biggest weaknesses of Veeva CRM in my opinion. I have not found any evidence of that but from the screens of the Sunrise UI available on Veeva website it looks like the new interface and release 18 will have a new background syncing. This is the first screen that users see once they open the app and having all essential information available at a glance in a visually appealing way will be great. However, iPad will probably stay the most popular device for Veeva CRM.īecause of the new interface, there is now much more space on the screen to present useful data on the Dashboard like alerts, tasks, call objectives and many others. iPhone version will be particularly interesting it means more mobility for the reps but agencies will also need to create truly responsive designs for the CLM content from now on and not only concentrate on iPad/tablet versions. Veeva has already made iPad and Windows tablet versions but with an iPhone and desktop computer and potentially other devices, there was a need for an adaptive design and this is what is happening with the Sunrise UI update. Users want to use the same app on different devices and have the same or similar experience. But this time no additional configuration is needed you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the new Veeva Sunrise interface as soon as Veeva made it available (currently it is due mid-2018). It usually requires a good knowledge of Veeva CRM and Salesforce platform and several steps to complete the task. If you have ever used App Store or Youtube on an iPad Veeva CRM will feel more familiar immediately after first use of the app.Įnabling new features in Veeva is not always straightforward. But this is about to change with the new Sunrise interface in 2018.Īfter Sunrise UI update Veeva CRM will become easier to learn for new users because of the more familiar user interface to the other well-known apps. Veeva has been constantly adding new features and changing functionality but the interface stayed pretty much the same for all these years. I have been working with Veeva CRM for about 7 years now and this is the first time when the UI interface changes. Sometimes it is good to keep things as they are (if they work) but Veeva CRM interface after so many years definitely needed some update. ![]() After looking at this initial information this is what I have found the most interesting and useful about the new Sunrise interface. Veeva System has made available on their website information about the new Veeva CRM Sunrise interface that will be available in 2018.
